Description of role responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate all aspects of business travel arrangements for company personnel, encompassing airfare, ground transportation, accommodation and meal if needed.
- Company cars management and maintenance (incl repair, insurance, purchase and sell)
- Managing office environment (incl Cleaning, planting, maintenance, carpet cleaning, tearoom layout, etc.)
- Help employees apply for invitation letters and Visas to other countries.
- Support all the logistics for company big events and meetings.
- Managing express deliveries and shipments.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies (incl Stationery, business card, furniture etc) and expenses claim
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent written and spoken English.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, etc).
- Details-oriented, high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, able to draw attention for urgent and/or critical tasks when appropriate.
- Be capable to work independently and reliably.
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations
