一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)計算機學(xué)科是我國最早建立的計算機學(xué)科之一，學(xué)科整體處于國內(nèi)前列。軟件工程、機器學(xué)習(xí)等方向在與國際同臺競爭中形成了特色與優(yōu)勢，在國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)生重要影響。建立了國內(nèi)首批計算機博士點、首批國家重點學(xué)科、首批國家一級重點學(xué)科、首批雙一流建設(shè)學(xué)科；計算機軟件新技術(shù)國家重點實驗室近十五年連續(xù)三次獲評優(yōu)秀、國內(nèi)計算機領(lǐng)域第一。

本系立足國際前沿、面向國家重大需求，圍繞新型程序設(shè)計與軟件方法學(xué)、機器學(xué)習(xí)與智能化信息處理、分布計算與系統(tǒng)安全、媒體計算與內(nèi)容處理、理論計算機科學(xué)等方向，實現(xiàn)了基礎(chǔ)研究引領(lǐng)創(chuàng)造技術(shù)新突破，建成了包括中國科學(xué)院院士、歐洲科學(xué)院院士、acm/aaai/ieeefellow、長江/杰青/國家特聘7人和四青14人在內(nèi)的“戰(zhàn)略科學(xué)家引領(lǐng)、中堅聚力攻關(guān)、青年潛心克難”的拔尖人才隊伍。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)系擬面向全球招聘有志于從事計算機學(xué)科各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘1名長聘副教授、4名準聘助理教授，研究方向包括：計算機軟件與理論、計算機系統(tǒng)與安全、計算機應(yīng)用技術(shù)。

三、申請條件

3.一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中準聘助理教授要求（博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究兩年以上）；

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

iii.qualifications

theapplicantshould

(3)haveafirst-ratebackgroundinacademictraining,specifically,haveaphddegreeincomputerscienceorarelatedarea,experienceinstudyingand/orworkingatfirst-rateteachingandresearchinstitutions,postdoctoralexperienceatworldleadinginstitutionswillbeaplus.andhaveknowledgeofthelatestinternationaltrendsanddevelopmentintherelevantresearchfield(s).theapplicantforassistantprofessorshouldhaveengagedinacademicresearchformorethantwoyearsafterreceivingthedoctoraldegree;
